After you have downloaded the app you can register easily via Facebook or email. Thereafter you are logged in until you log out – so access is always quick and easy. If you want to get the full range of run performance statistics available, you are prompted to supply your weight, height and sex details to ensure accuracy in counting calories burned – but this is not necessary to start logging your runs.

QUICK START
You can quickly begin running with one tap from the home screen and your run’s route will be logged with GPS tracking.

NEW OPTIMISED LOOK & EXPERIENCE
We’ve spent a lot of time and effort in making the apps running experience as simple as possible, explore the new optimised interface.

VOICE FEEDBACK & AUTO PAUSE
The new version of the app now supports customizable voice updates on your progress during the run. These can be triggered automatically by run time or distance travelled, or on demand with a holding your finger on the lock screen.

INTERACTIVE LOCK SCREEN
Tap to control music playback and hold to trigger on demand voice progress updates. You can also use the Slide to End function to stop your run straight from lock screen and avoid losing these precious few seconds off your run time record.

PERFORMANCE
The app measures average speed, pace, distance covered, time taken, calories consumed and elevation travelled. Your training and performance stats are collated and can be viewed by run or by day, week or month.

PERSONALISED IN-RUN SWIPE STATS
You can set up your in-run statistics to display three most relevant values in a personalised order you find most suitable for your training. You can still access the other stats with a simple swipe.

ENTERTAINMENT
The built in music player means you can quickly select what music you wish to listen to and motivate you while you run. The built in Photos facility means you can add photographs to illustrate each route. App also allows adding reviews and sharing your runs on Facebook.

GOALS
Challenge yourself and measure your training performance with personal calorie consumption, distance or time goals. Then track your progress en-route to achieving your goals.

Note:
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
